this was amazing graphics, and as for stun, it was a joke, madness wasn't meant to be completely serious and this does not, under any circumstances, deserve a 4
the only thing i could find that was bad was that when you were doing that rotating camera effect in the office, the computer was on the therepist's side, then the patients side :P
